Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Using credit card is more hassle free than debit. I let my friend use my debit card details, it's a visa card from union bank, however AHPRA told her to provide another card details because they cannot transact after several attempts. She used another BDO debit card that is a master card, still AHPRA couldn't transact. It's only when she gave them a credit card detail that the fees were processed successfully. I don't know if it'll work for you because I read one post here using a BDO debit card, but that was a year ago. All states have the same fee. All payment transaction is processed in Melbourne, that will be reflected on your card's statement of account. I forgot the exact amount, but I paid around 15,200php. I guess the amount will vary slightly depending on the conversion rate and transaction fee of your bank.
Thanks for the info!

Hi isingrn,
It's been awhile since we've been in touch. So you are in Mosman, NSW. How very fortunate. I am flying back to Sydney on Feb 4. My work starts on Feb 6 at Woy Woy, NSW. I'ts farther north of Sydney. Anyway, hope we can see each other one of these days. Cheers...

Hi joiemike, yeah, it's been awhile, I've been busy with things this past few weeks. And I am indeed so thankful of every single thing that was given to me...they're way too much what I was expecting, and maybe what I deserve, that's why I really believe that through it all it's God's hands working for me.
Yeah, we should see each other some day! Good luck and God bless :)
