New grad Filipino nurse wanting to work in Australia/New Zealand Part 2

Published

Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.

Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

Aww I feel sad we won't be classmates. I was really hoping you get in to La Trobe. :(. I do hope and pray you get a slot in AAON then. I actually sent my application there too last month I guess but they never replied. It would be nice because it's nearer. La Trobe, Bendigo is far. Hehe. :)

Me too I feel so sad...I won't be seeing you all La Trobe peeps. Anyways, let's just keep in touch always. We can soon have a grand EB hehehe :lol2: :lol2:

I really hope and pray to get a slot this January, please pray for me :) Thanks.

Hope to have company as well :)

Keep in touch :)

La Trobe January intake is indeed full. I logged in to the student portal. The course date was changed from January to May. So I'm now being assessed for their May intake. :(

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

I sure hope I can join the May intake :uhoh3:

the message below was sent to me by La Trobe:

"Please note that eCoE is normally issued as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant office at the University end. It usually takes 5 working days for an overseas payment to come through. Please note that as long as your Offer Letter stated that you were accepted into January intake, you can be sure that your place in this program is secured."

see you classmates in January! :D

do you already have a place to stay?
