Due to recent changes regarding applications for International nurses to Australia and the combining of the nursing boards to one central nursing board in Australia AHPRA I have started a new thread for people to discuss the new process on working in Australia.
Currently New Zealand is not accepting new applicants from International trained nurses except those that meet the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement {TTMR} this will be updated once the New Zealand nursing board reopen their books to International nurses.

I'm having the same problem as you are...hehehe...hope someone can enlighten us with regards to this matter...where will you be sending your documents?
When I filled that form I answered for number 6 no, since I am not residing in Australia. As for question 11, it is only referring to your Nursing Qualification in the Philippines, if you are registered nurse or not.
Hi! I'd like to ask what type of letter they require? Can It be an email or should the letter be sent via post mail?
they made a letter of support/invitation with supporting documents that they are PR/Citizens and they have enough income to support you. The scanned the documents and sent them thru email. That's acceptable.
i also have some concerns:1. when is the best time to ask the prc to mail the cert of good standing? should it be before i lodge my papers to ahpra?
2. how do i certify my photocopy of passport and prc? thank you!
I have the same concern with no.1.. but I prefer sending it upon confirmation that they received my documents. It's up to you :) But I hope somebody will enlighten us about this matter.
Certifying your passport will be with a notary public. What do you mean by prc?.. license? It's same with other documents, it is through a notary public.
note: I'm open for any corrections :)
Greetings to all.
I guess this will settle most of the questions regarding English language requirements. AHPRA released a revised English language requirement.
THANK YOU for the reply. I didn't have any idea where to have medicals.
Here's the list of accredited clinics/hospitals of the Australian Embassy:
