I submitted mine just last week of sept..just waiting for NBV to get back to me. Is it still just 30 days before i hear from them or is it longer nowadays? Go ahead send your documents uh-huh.. better than just thinking if its to late =)
my agency told me that i needed first to finish my pre-visa assessment before i send my acceptance form and pay to la trobe? is that so?
i was not asked a pre-visa assessement. it is only on certain countries. i have accepted my offer already. i am just waiting for the payment to be posted in my credit card because international transactions takes 3-5 days to be posted and then the uni can give you the o.r. and ecoe to use in your student visa application.
we should be seeing each other in la trobe. aud moved up to 43.21 today from last week's 42.2.
for nbv, i know you can pass without ielts because i didn't pass my ielts. notice that in their application checklist, an ielts result is not yet needed. submit only what's in the checklist.[/quote

nope, what i mean is, nbv doesn't require us to send an ielts results when we apply. it is only needed when you enroll for the bp. so before i could enroll in la trobe, i had an ielts result already.

@ryan so expect it around dec 1? but reading back on the forum it seems that you sent yours it long time ago . Is the processing time still the same time frame now?
Do they like i read on the forum send an acknowledgement letter like QNC and is that what i am waiting for ? Or is it the assessment they send right ahead ?

waah..so you mean, i need the pre visa assessment coz i'm currently residing here in the middle east? i just really wanted to go home to the phils. first before going to australia..coz havent been able see my family and bf..and from what i understand..it'll take a month for the pre visa assessment and a month for the visa proper..if that's the case..then..i dont have any choice but to go straight to australia.... anyways, yeah..we'll see each other there..(fingers crossed)..soooo jealous!
