I submitted my application the day before the deadline, so I honestly have no idea how they choose the order to review applications. I think this is one question that has yet to be answered in the past years of the program. If you're worried about it though, you can call them and hopefully they'll be able to confirm that they have received your application and it's in review, or soon will be. Good luck!

I work in a hospital- do you use the primary care number?

I believe either the primary care or mental health score counts (whichever is higher). Also, I'm fairly sure the HPSA score tiers are entirely new to HRSA this year, this was listed under the changes for 2012 along with the electronic app and allocating half the funds to APRNs.

I've been keeping up with this forum, if it says participant under the 'roles' tab, does that usually mean your application was approved?

I don't think so. Someone had said that they accidentally tried to login under the participant page, which then created a participant tab. I also have the participant tab but can't remember if I ever tried to login on the wrong page or not, although I can't rule it out. I think the only way we will find out for sure is if someone deliberately logs in on the wrong page and lets us know if they get the tab.

I thinks that is the case because I have accidentally logged into the NHSC one and now I have a tab for NSHC under my roles.

I was reading last years blogs, about the second week in June.....going crazy here and they are talking about when you view your application, dates changing???? The only thing that I see different is that they have put the date that my actual payoff on the loan was given.....I don't think that was there before, like it says as of 1/23/12.....I think that's new? Has anyone else noticed anything like that?

Where are you talking about payoff on the loan? The only thing i see on mine is where I entered in information on my loan such as the balance and the day that i printed off the statement stating that was my balance. But we probably arent looking in the same place.

No, we probably are......It is right beside, loan balance and it says "as of 1/23/12" and it was probably on there originally but didn't notice....I think I get my hopes up. I have been reading last years blog but since they applied online and faxed information in, I think that is where their date was changing and since ours was pretty much attached and sent in, I don't think we have that advantage of looking. They also said that some people heard absolutely nothing and were notified in September that they were awarded and some that had gotten emailed for banking information wasn't awarded?????? So, needless to say, I think we are all still in the running and we can't get down because we just may not hear until September.......it just kind of makes a person crazy....I started to call HRSA today but decided that they aren't/can't tell me anything cause I don't think they know at this point. There is a blog from last year about July 16 where someone got the email for intent to accept the award and she put a copy on there. Keep your fingers crossed!!!!

Yeah thats exactly what mine says and it was on there originally from the information I entered on the application. I'm sure that everyones will be a little different according to who is working on it and what not. I still have hopes of getting it since I am in the first tier. I just really hope that I turned in all the information they wanted and that it is correct. It is definitely frustrating waiting and knowing that some people have credit inquirie and other things when I don't. But maybe just maybe like you said no news is good news too. Hopefully some will start hearing something in the next month!

I have spent hours reading last years posts hoping for some new information. A credit check and excluded party list showed up on my application in April but nothing else. I have called my loan companies and they said nobody has requested any information (this can't be good) and my boss has not been asked to verify my employment. This wait is killing me and I keep telling myself not to get my hopes up but it's so hard not too!! I hope it all works out for all of us! We may all be a little looney :bugeyes: by the end of September!

Girl I am right there with you!!! I called my lender and my credit monitoring place and they haven't heard a thing....no credit check....nothing except obtaining information from my employer.....I try not to think about it and then go into a frenzy....... :banghead:
