If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!
I take the NCLEX on July 2. This will be my third time. Keep me in your prayers as I will keep you in mines. Good Luck everyone!
would some please please please tell me how much is the total cost of doing the dreaded NCLEX; and erstmore,do even american nurses also have to do the nclex; I thought that the nclex was just to test the english proficiency of foreign nurses whom wish to work in the US.clearly this seems for from the reality; what are the aspects of the NCLEX that have to be covered. Can this be done online and how long does it take to do.

NCLEX has nothing to do with checking the English proficiency. NCLEX is the US nursing exam and every nurse regardless on where they are from has to sit and pass it to be able to work as a nurse in the US. If English is not your first/main language then you do have to pass a English exam but not many BON requires it (there are some though) but is required for immigration if going as a nurse route. NCLEX can only be done in an approved center with some centers outside the USA. You do not apply for NCLEX but licensure to be a RN of which NCLEX is part of that process. I would strongly suggest a good read in the International forum found under the region tab in the yellow tool bar above

Many thanks for putting me in the picture; however in my defence , I have been attempting to research this info for months, and dispite the so-called benefits of the internet it hasn't been easy ;the conflicting info I have recieved is wacky; but there is no such item above on international forum, just another example of misleading info I've been given all along; FORUM yes but not international;and when one clicks into that there is nothing on the nclex, but how would you know that , many thanks anyway, I'll just try to get the info from somewhere; you never answered my ques; on cost of doing the nclex;and does it only have to be done the once;what parts are the hardest to do. thank you thank you and may a thousand pardons be granted to your husband for not being completely up front with you.
I agree with Silverdragon102. This nursing community is here for all of us who need support. If you dont have anything positive to say, there is no need for you to post a response. The people on this thread for the most part have either completed or will complete nursing school in the near future. we are all familier with the hard work and dedication that it takes to get to this point in our lives. We need positive responses, no negativity please. You can think it but please, dont send it our way. We here are positive thinkers. Have a wonderful and bless night.
:)i want to send email to madam suzanne4 for my nclex exam but how can anyone tell me how?
Hi,
I believe the protocol is that you must first post on this forum 15 times. After that, you can send Suzanne a personal message or "pm" and she will email you directions on how to complete her first tip.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
Good luck, Jobimol!

Hello jobimol,:nuke:
Here are the instructions for Tip#1 and things that Suzanne wants before you PM her. Here it is 07/08 revision of Suzanne's First Tip.:redpinkhe As jewel100 has mentioned you need 15 meaningful posts first. Good Luck with your studies!
