NCLEX Takers Support Thread

i have taken the test numerous times and don't want to push it off any longer than is needed. I graduated May 2007 and have been trying for over a year now to pass it. It's not that I don't understand the info...I just can't get passed those ?'s; I have the saunder's book I am going to give it a try with that first...bc I can't afford the feuer program. I have heard good things about suzanne's plan..

Here is Suzanne's info for Tip#1 07/08 revision of Suzanne's First Tip but to thoroughly complete the plan and to complete your study Nov. 15 would be really making it difficult to do this plan. What have you done to review in the past? I have taken Kaplan twice myself but it built a great foundation and I am doing Suzanne's Plan because she's had great success with this. Read some of the threads under STUDENTS, scroll down to NCLEX Discussion and you will find the threads. Remember do not rush your studies and keep changing the way you study. :redpinkhe GOOD LUCK!!!!!

detoxing your mind

when something is toxic, it's poisonous; it can destroy you. when we go around dwelling on the wrong thoughts, thinking about what we can't do or how we'll never get ahead, those thoughts are toxic thoughts. toxic thoughts left alone become like toxic waste that sinks into your heart. it will eventually contaminate your whole life. it affects your self-image. it affects your attitude, your level of confidence, and ultimately, your success. that's why the scripture says to guard your heart because the condition of your heart and mind determine the condition of your whole life.

make the decision today to detox any negative, self-defeating thoughts by meditating on god's promises instead. make the decision to detox bitterness, detox low self-esteem, detox negative words that may have been spoken over you, detox condemnation. make the decision to dwell on what god says about you. god says, "you are forgiven." god says, "your best days are in front of you." god says, "i'll restore the years that the enemy has stolen." as you detox your mind and fill your thoughts with his promises, you'll see his hand of blessing on your life. you'll rise up higher, and you'll live the abundant life he has for you!

Most countries have some sort of final examination to be a nurse and this is the US. Canada has CRNE. To work in the US as a RN you have to pass it, no way round it.

what do I need to do I passed the NCLEX in california board of nursing but they are requiring me SSN# but I am here in Canada as immigrant, and they just gave me 3 years to give them SSN #, but what if the retrogression will take more than 3 years, so everything that I worked for will be wasted, like those sleepless night during the time I am reviewing for the NCLEX?

I think this is great. I know we all need the prayers because this can be such a stressful time. I failed 3 times and praying to pass my fourth time. Good luck to all.
