where i work nurse tech can not do med unless they are with a preceptor

nurses should wear uniform but not those florence nightale hat please i am wearing uniforn at my job but no hat some people at my job still wear those hat people still wear those hat in my country i love to see others wear the hat. good luck on the project

in the hospital where i work i usually ask them how they will like to be call and go by what they tells me. i alway go by what the pt say

i think medication should most especially in the nursing home not in the hospital because in the nursing the nurses are abuse with lots of work by having medication it will help the nurses with some of the work so those patient can get their med on time. i use to work as a medication aid ein the nursing home i was not taking the nurses job away but rather decrease the nurses stress. medication in nursing home not hospital

in my weak ways i will try to avoid putting my parents in the nursing home eventhough i do not have any parents right now but if my parent were still alive i will work around my schedule to keep them home and care for them.the part of africa i am from we do not have nursing home we take of our parents and in return they give us blessing.

working as a new lpn is good i understand most hospital do not hire lpn any more the hospital i work in do not hire lpn.if i were you i will rather work in the nursing for now until i get my rn degree than you advance to the hospital.working as a c.n.a in the hospital is not a good idea for now

i learn you are looking for volunteer it is a good idea for nurses to be able to help when needed i will interested only when the kids at out of school for few weeks i will continue later.

there is no reason to be scared. it is alway better to ask question on things you do not remember it never too late to learn it is better to be save than never a little bit of orietation will not hurts

if my husband is addicted i will try to help himm if i try for many years and it does not work i wll try out side help but before you help someone that person should be willing to accept the help and asses that person readiness if that person is not it willnot work will lead to divorce will continue later

from the bad experience i had during the cival war in my country. during the civil war the where insuffience nursing to care for people because of this we lose lots of lives do to lot of nurses or doctors for this reason i decided to to attend nursing school in the united states we i arrived as a refugee it toke me a very long time to get accepted in nursing because i could not get any document from home.i will continue later:no:

i personally feel scare when i here morphine. when i was a student i learn that morphine ease dying pt pain and also learn it also depresses the pt resp so then why are still using morphine as a pain med. i will rather the doctor give it himself.:loveya: during my clinical years at school i remember the patient son did not want the dad to take the prescribe morphine per his request but according to the order the patient was to take the morphine every 2 to 4hour if you do not give the med you will be held relable med error in this case i had no choice butto give the med to help with the pain.

i love nursing because it make me to care about people not only the person your are caring but the whole body , the whole big picture it all about caring with your whole heart:yeah:
