Just took my NCLEX exam this afternoon... Does anyone know if California participates in the "NCLEX Quick Results Service" or is there another method to use to find out your results for NCLEX?

CA does not participate in Quick Results. This is widely known. The current turn around time is posted on the Board website, I believe it is currently two to four weeks. You have to wait for them to post it on the website or you get your official results in the mail.

It is posted on the Board website. My results were posted in less than a week, but not everyone has that result

Did you take the NCLEX-PN or the NCLEX-RN? Unfortunately, California does not participate in the 48 hour quick results. If you took the NCLEX-PN, you will wait approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your results to arrive via snail mail. If you took NCLEX-RN, your wait for the results will not be quite as long, but I cannot give you a ballpark figure on precisely how long you will wait. Good luck to you!

No, California does not participate in Quick Results. You can try the Pearsonvue Trick (there are several long threads in the NCLEX section describing it), but know that the results are by no means official. California unfortunately seems to have one of the longest waiting periods to release official results. Best of luck with your official results!

Hi
I live in Los Angeles...wait two to three days and go to this website, if you pass the test your name and license will be there. Some of my friends are there. YOu can search anyone if you know their first and last name. I am still waiting for my results.Took the test Tuesday (07/20)

Thanx everyone for your replies. I did do the PVT and I got the good pop-up but I'm still in disbelieve, so I'm just gonna keep checking the BRN website to see if my name appears.

I took the test this morning; it stopped at 99. Went home and relaxed for a bit. Did the PVT and got the good "pop up". Im praying that I made it. When do you normally get the official result?
Has anyone tried checking the PVT before taking the test? I wonder what kind of message you get. What if the same message pops up too? Maybe the data/result after taking the test for a few hours is not in yet.
I wanna stay positive but don't wanna keep my hopes high at the same time.
Good luck everyone!
