NCLEX-PN, PVT “Results on hold”

Hello everyone, I hope someone can answer my questions and give some peace of mind. I took my NCLEX-PN on Friday, 4/3/2020, got cutoff at 60 questions. With the whole coronavirus pandemic, they made some changes to the minimum and max cutoff numbers with 60 minimum and max 130. So I got the minimum cutoff. When I did the PVT about 2 hrs later and after receiving the email, it told me my results where on hold. So no answers there. I waited til today, Sunday, to try and do the quick results since they now offer it in California. Still says they have not received my results. I’m so anxious and I need to know my results! It’s a horrible feeling having to wait. Can I not access my results because it’s Sunday? I read on other forums that people are able to see their quick results on Sundays. Is it because of my hold? And how long can the hold last? I didn’t have any complications with my palm scan, that I know of, and I don’t think I finished too quick. I did the 60 questions in a little over an hour. I just need some peace of mind and some rest. Thank you to anyone who can give some answers and sorry for it being so long.

Did you ever receive your results?

@AspiringRN Yes I already got my results, I passed ? but thank you for trying to answer anyways. Now I’m just struggling to find a job, any tips on that? Anything helps, thank you ??

I am in NY.

I am going to ease my mind and pay for the quick results which will be available tomorrow.

I tried the Pearson Vue trick, it’s not 100 percent accurate (as I hear) but it eased my anxiety somewhat.

I stopped at 60 questions in a little over an hour. How about u?

Yeah, I can pay for quick results I believe today. But I’m so nervous. I don’t want to look, and be disappointed.

I stopped at 60 as well, did you have any drag and drop? SATA? What was your test mostly of? You think?

I had approximately 7 or 8 SATA, No drag and drop questions, No audio or picture questions, No med math, Mostly multiple choice, approximately 5 medication questions.

Okay, I got like 4 drag and drops, 5 SATA, ton of meds, labs, and priority questions. No math, no audio.

I just keep praying this is it for me. I have taken the test before, so I knew what to expect going in. I felt comfortable going in, and just claiming myself as an LVN and praying. I just need this and want this so bad. As much as everyone else I’m sure! ❤️

Sorry, I just want this so bad ???. I studied my tush off. LOL. What did you study with?

WOW!, your test sounded a bit more difficult than mine. I will pray for you!

Do they have quick results available in Cali?

I studied 100 questions a day using UWorld.In addition I did 30 questions a day using Saunders book. I thoroughly studied the rationales. I made charts with all of my lab numbers and memorized those and went over medications and side effects.

What did you use to study?
