Hi. I took the NCLEX-PN on July 11,2016 at 8AM. I'm not even sure what number of questions my computer stopped at cause after 85 I just kept answering until a few questions after it just shut down. So I would say I probably stopped at 90. Is there a good chance of failing or passing at that rate? I remember having 2 drag and drop. 1 calculation which was a confusing question, honestly. (I reread it so much that after the exam I can still remember the question and still tried solving it. Haha!) I had one EKG strip. I had a couple of SATA. Everything else I don't even remember. It just felt like the questions were so simple but hard to answer. Idk if I just didn't study harder or it's my anxiety that's causing that. I used the NCSBN review btw. Took the 5-week course. Just did purely questions as advised by my friends who passed the RN. (I can't take RN in Cali cause I still have to do more units. Graduated BSN in Phil.)

Anyways so after the exam I know there are no Quick Results in Cali and I've read some trends about the PVT. I was skeptical to do it cause I'm so scared that I'll get the bad pop up. Haha. But today I'm so anxious that I can't wait for the results. Does it take 3 or 4 weeks? Idk.

So, I tried it this morning, (3 days after my exam) I used a valid debit card but it had less than $200 in it. I entered my info submitted my order and got the Good pop up! Saying that "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration can not be made at this time. Even tho my card had insufficient funds? I don't want to rely on the PVT but it'll give me some peace of mind while waiting for the actual results! Thanks. For my PVT I used a gift card that had only $2 or so on it ! I had the good pop up and found out I passed the next day !!! :)

Oh wow! congrats! I tried it again with a valid credit card but with less than $200 in it! And still got the good pop up! I know it's not 100% but hey this gives me some hope here! :sarcastic: Cuz I really don't feel like I did good on the test. I dont know if that's even how you're supposed to feel. But yeah! Waiting is agonizing. This week feels like the longest week I've ever had! Haha! What state did you take yours? I'm in Cali and I don't know how I'll manage to wait 4-6weeks for my results!! :bag:

Update. I passed!! Got my letter today (July 18, 2016). Exactly a week after I took the exam!! :D

I'm from Carson. La County. Starting the Job hunting now while waiting for my actual license. I heard it takes about a month. I just turned in the response letter today.

I was surprised that my Congratulatory letter arrived a week after I took the exam cause they told me that it takes about 4-6weeks for the results to be received. :laugh:

I know that is good! It took me 4 weeks to receive the letter. It seems like July is one of best months to take the exam in CA. lol
