  1. FIRST ATTEMPT: I used Saunders for content and read it back to back. Tried to understand everything by heart and not just by merely memorizing it. Graduated 2009 so this is a must for me. Also used La charity for prio and delegation and NCLEX RN Mastery app for practice question. Took the exam, my computer shut down at 134 and I knew I failed. Didn't know what to do or where to start. SECOND ATTEMPT: After I took the exam and saw the result I started to read Saunders again. This time I studied for hours (6-8 hours, sometimes 10). I was more determined to pass the test. Then I heard about UWORLD and it has a lot of good reviews. I used it for practice question and UWORLD is the best! The rationales are well explained and justified compared to other sources that I've tried. This is the best review material in terms of practice questions. I would highly recommend this! Took the exam the second time, finished at 75 question in 1 and a half hour. Uworld helped me a lot! Also, this forum motivated me so much esp. when i felt down and disappointed. I read the stories of how people fought and didn't give up in reaching their goals. Goodluck to those who's about to take their exam. You can do it!
  2. I looked into Uworld and it is close to the actual NCLEX. The rationale are more detailed compared to what Kaplan QBanks have. I think I might get the Uworld and just use books like kaplan strategies and exam cram..
  3. Is Kaplan a comprehensive material for nclex?
  4. Congratulations! No, I took the NCLEX-RN last July and failed.. I'm browsing comments and reviews regarding nclex so that i'll have new ideas on how to take a different approach in studying for nclex.. thanks for the info!
  5. how does that work?
  6. Thanks! I've been reading some reviews and seems like uworld is close to nclex..
  7. I just took the nclex last july 12, stopped at 134 and failed. I used saunders and lacharity for studying. Don't know what will be my next move. I'm thinking of doing online review. Could anyone please give me any idea which of these works best?
