nclex pn exam with 205 questions..

Published

:crying2: after 3 times of rescheduling my nclex pn exam, i finally decided that exact date. i did all the neccessary things to review that i could think of that might come out on the exam. and so i took my exam this morning and whalaaa! it was very hard!:crying2: my confidence just vanished and worse i took the maximum 205 questions.. i am so depressed, couldnt stop thinking about it and since i took my exam in california, i have to wait 4 weeks for the result.. it is torture:cry:.. prolonging my agony..:( iam loosing hope. did anyone experienced the same thing but then pass? thanks

Everyone comes out of the exam feeling the same way that you do. Number of questions has absolutely no way in determining your results.

You are going to have to wait until you receive your results in the mail.

Best of luck to you.

thank you so much suzanne4

Good Luck. Crossing fingers on you .

Good luck and as mentioned it is just a number, nothing else.

Wishing you good luck.

im so stressed right now! its been a month and no results yet! :(

I'm on the same boat except I took my first try but stopped at 85 questions. Trust me, I'd rather have finished at 205 than 85 because then you know the computer cannot decide completely so it is giving you a chance to show your competence. I feel like a dumbass that it had to end at 85 questions.

hi everyone!.. i just got the result later today and i passed!.. thank you for all the support and prayers.. what a relief! im so happy.. good luck to all of you... c u all around!

Hello everyone, I took my nclex last friday, May 21st 2010, prior to to enter the testing center, I was feeling horrible, I wanted to vomit, I even got sick from my stomach. I took the test and the computer let me go up to the maximum questions for LPN 205.. I live in California, so I have to wait 4 weeks for my results. When I finish the exam I felt a relief, I was not nervous anymore and I kind of feel the attitude of I don't mind of my test result, but when I see or pass by hospital settings my agony starts, because I do want to be a nurse and I REALLY REALLY WISH THAT I PASS MY TEST.!!!! I DO WANT TO PASS... I CROSSING MY FINGERS NOW AND I EVEN PRAY EVERY NIGHT TO GET THE RESULTS WITH A GOOD NEWS.

THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME AND READ MY POST.

Hi there. The wait for the result is now up to 7 weeks not 4 weeks. I too had the maximum questions of 205. I was depressed afterwards but for the most part, relieved that at least it's over. Have heard of the PVT trick? A lot of people here are saying that it's accurate. At least it will keep you sane for the meantime. Take care and good luck to you.
