did anyone use the nclex 4000 Qs how close r they to the nclex Qs ??

how much should i get on the test out of 100% to pass ???

is kaplans Qbank better???

You should do as many questions as possible while you prepare. It really does not matter where you get the questions as long as you study the rationales behind the answers and insure that you understand the concepts.

In my opinion Lippincott and Williams is too easy...Saunders and kaplan are far better...Mosby can be very difficult.

Speaking from experience, I definitely agree with goodnursingstudent, Kaplan and Saunders are the best!!

I used the NCLEX 4000 , SAUNDERS 4TH EDITION AND FAILED. WHAT EVER YOU SCORE IS WHEN YOU TEST THAT IS YOU NCLEX SCORE BECAUSE I WAS SCORING 69-70 'S AND I FAILED THE NCLEX WITH NEAR PASSING IN EVERY CATAGORY.MY ADIVCE IS IF YOU ARE SCORING BELOW 80 I WOULD NOT TEST. IT ALSO REPEATED THE SAME QUESTIONS ON THE CD. MY EXAM WAS NOTHING LIKE THE CD NOT EVEN SIMULAR.:uhoh3:STUDY MEDS AND PRIORTIZATION-DELIGATION

I used nclex 3500 which depends on what you were testing yourself on could have difficult questions. I used saunders 4th ed and a mobsy cd also did a couple of lipincott question from one of my review book. I found that the questions that were asked on the nclex was kinda complex and wasn't asked the same way form those study materials.

Good luck with your test.

does the prioritization type of question is the same with delegating task to other members? or does this cover the med surg subject?

If you are looking at responding to a pm that was sent to you then you will not be able to respond until you have 15 or more posts as site requirements is 15 or more posts to be able to send or respond to pms due to the abuse we used to get with members spamming other members against Terms of Service

to attach a document to a post is easy as long as it isn't too large and meets the accepted file types (they are listed in the box that opens up) when you click on post reply or new thread in the new window below the text box you should see a heading that says additional options, click on attach file and a new window opens saying manage attachments click browse so you can get to the file you want to download. if there is a problem with size it will tell you.

remember any attachments you download must still meet site requirements for copyright as per terms of service. if any doubts or problems dowloading attachments you always contact the admin team who will be more than happy to help and you can find them here admin help desk
