I don't know why this rumor won't die!
The NCLEX (RN or PN) is nationally standardized -- it is the same level of difficulty, and the passing rate is the same, regardless of the US state or international location in which one takes the exam. The computer you take the exam on doesn't know whether it's in Maine, Arizona, or on the moon.

The NCLEX is the same standardized test provided everywhere it is offered. There are absolutely no differences. There are many threads in this forum that have provided this same information.

i think it is false.
it's because there is only one governing body who conceptualizes all the exams and that is ncsbn.

It is false. It is standardized and totally random for everyone taking the test.

It is false, the test is standardized and the questions are randomly given to anyone taking the test. No one question is alike, at least I didn't think so!!

I agree with the rest. Although my best friend had two of the same exact questions I had, and I kept getting repeat questions on my test.
