Hello guys!
I took my my nclex exam today...It's my first time to take the exam. The computer shut down after I answered 75 questions. All I can remember I had one math question, 3 SATA, pharmacology, prioritization.. I found some of the questions easy to answer because they were almost similar to the questions I encountered in Kaplan qbank but there are also difficult. I am thinking about it if I passed that exam. Oh my God! the agony of thinking and worrying about it is still prolonged...Do you think guys I passed that exam? ...I really prayed hard that I made it. When will I know the result online?

Not to give you false hopes or anything, but there's a popular post on here that discusses a "trick" that you can do online to "predict" whether or not you achieved a passing NCLEX score. Involves attempting to re-register for the test and seeing if you get blocked from proceeding further, read up here:

In either case, good luck to you!

There is no way to predict whether one has passed or not unfortunately the number does not mean a thing. Do you have Quick Results? I wish you the best but do something to take your mind off of waiting go to dinner, go to a movie etc.:redpinkhe

Depending on state. Some show results in just over 24 hours, some wait for quick results and others can vary from 24 hours to a couple weeks
Good luck

I took my exam today also and got 75 questions! Remember that 85% of those taking the exam pass the first time.
If you are in CA like me, the results will come in 2 days to 4 weeks -- ouch!! I called the BRN today and they said they haven't received my transcripts yet so they couldn't do anything for me. I called my school and am waiting to hear back...
Good luck to you-- just do something relaxing and don't look anything up (my honey has banned me from it)!
I just used the kaplan qbank for 41 days instead of 3 months before I took my exam. My average rating from the day I started my account till the last day I answered it is 72%. When I started answering the kaplan qbank most of my ratings range from 50% to 70% and then on the later part of it my ratings range from 75 to 90%.
Actually I found the questions in kaplan qbank more difficult than the actual exam. The advantage of it was that I was trained to answer questions which require critical thinking/analysis. Before I opened my kaplan qbank account, I studied rigidly the Saunders 7th edition Comprehensive reviewer. I answered the questions and the comprehensive exam of that book. My purpose of it was to have full grasp of knowledge on the nursing content.
Along with my kaplan qbank practice test online, I also used the book "NCLEX-RN Strategies for the Registered Nursing Licensing Exam 2008-2009 Edition". This book is really very good to have idea on how to "attack" the questions with its recommended testing strategies. It also reinforces the rationales provided in the kaplan qbank.
It says in my pearson VUE account that my Board of Nursing (California Board of registered nursing) does not participate in the quick results service. So, how will I know my result?
Depending on whether you have a SSN you should see your name on website from 3days to 4 weeks. Ca is notoriously slow. Plenty of threads discussing Ca on here try searching for them
