M2004rc: My GPA is 3.0. How did you do in Micro & AP I/II? Do you think you did well on the interview?

My gpa is a 3.4 And in apI I made a "B" in apII I made a "A" .. I haven't had a interview. I've been waiting to hear something and still nothing. I've been up there twice and each time they have told me " we are still in the process of going through applications" I just don't understand why I haven't had a interview? I don't know what else to do.

M2004rc- I don't understand either. Do you know if they are still interviewing people? I think there were 28 people when I interviewed.

M2004rc- do you have an associates or bachelors degree? They weigh more on that (not really sure why). They gave us points if we had a degree already.

harris88- I can't wait to get our information sheets either. I'm ready to schedule classes too! I signed and sent the contract about 2 weeks ago. I keep checking the mail hoping that something is there. But nothing yet!

Vdcarp- I signed mine and sent it back yesterday. You were accepted from the first interviews and I was in the second. Our contract is due on the 20th and if they aren't doing anymore interviews then they will probably send out the information after th 20th.

Harris88- no, I do not have a degree yet. Maybe that's why I haven't heard anything. I am going to aquinas this summer and applying to their program this fall to hopefully start in the spring. A friend of mine is in the nursing program there and loves it. She said they accept 85 students.. 70 from the school itself, and 15 outside from the school. Hopefully I will get in there. I feel at this point, since I haven't heard anything that I am not getting in at Nashville state.

m2004rc- Just stay positive. I applied to aquinas nursing program for the fall and was put on the waiting list. With the nursing program being so competitive, it's wise to apply to multiple programs. What are do you live in? I heard cumberland has a good program.

Has anybody that interviewed not received a letter stating whether or not you got it? I've been out of town, just got back. Hopefully something will come tomorrow since I know it was mentioned that letters would be sent out by the end of this week.

I interviewed on April 18th and still haven't received a letter. Not sure exactly what is going on. Hopefully it didn't get lost in the mail or something. At this point I just want to know, regardless of whether I was chosen or not.
