Well, some of the letters have officially went out for NSCC. I am excited to say that I got accepted into the RN program. Gosh...I worked so hard to get accepted. Good luck to everyone else!

for those of you that got accepted, how do you know? Did they call you or just send out a letter. I'm curious to know because i'm going out of town for all of next week and i'm guessing a letter saying something will come. I just wonder if they'll call me if i got accepted as well.

also, if you did only get a letter does it say how long you have to fill it out and send it back? I was told you'd have to "accept" on the letter and mail it back to them confirming.

m2004rc- thank you! Don't be discouraged. I felt the same way because I have been applying to nursing programs since the fall of 2009! If this is what you want to do, then don't ever give up! I really wish you the best and hope you hear something soon!

apptvisys- I received a letter in the mail and it has to be signed and turned in within a week of the letter being sent out which it the 20th, to hold my spot. good luck!

m2004rc, do you have someone to check your mail? If you get accepted you can always call the nursing director and ask if she can hold that spot for you because you are out of town. I am sure she will understand. If there is anything I can do with you please let me know. And don't be discouraged, it will work out for you :)

I went up there last Thursday and some lady in the office said they are still going through some applications. Who knows?

I got accepted as well! I first received a phone call, then about 3 days later I got my letter in the mail. It asked me to respond as soon as possible with a decision if I wanted to accept their invitation to attend! I got the phone call on May 2 and got the letter on May 4.

Congrats vdcarp. I wonder how long it will take them to send our expense sheet and registration information. I'm ready to sign up for the classes so it will be official.
