My Teacher Hates me!!!!

Published

omg my teacher hates me and I don know what to do. Every homework I turn in she puts like 60 persent on and markes it all up for little stuff that dosent matter. It dosent matter how much time I put in on it. When I ask her about it in class she just says "its sub-par" or something stupid like to read it again and dosent say why or anything. I tell her "what do you mean" and she says to see her during office hours but I have like 3 other classes and when woudl I find the time for that???? Shes always yelling at me to turn my phone off or stop texting, like 40 times a day. One time she took my phone away from me and my sister thought I was ignoring her and I had to deal with the drama for that afterwards. Not cool!!!!

Meanwile, theres a guy next to me who types on his laptop all thru class and how come she never checks to see if he's chatting on facebook or something????

I'm an awsome student and I have a 4.0 in every class till this one. Shes just so mean to some of us girls and grades unfairly. I just dont know what to do. If this keeps up Im going to have to drop this class and see if another teacher does it but that would mean I have to waste a whole semester. I dont want to do that.

ok, this HAS to be one of the posters that when they are a nurse they will feel that others don't like them because they are awesome, know everything, and how come I can't be on the internet at work all shift? I hope this is someones exercise in creative writing class. Surely NO ONE is THIS immature and clueless!!!

Troll..

Excuse me.

It is my respectful opinion that the OP's situation is not real.

Either that or so clueless that she has a lot of growing up to do before she is even close to nursing school status.

Although my vote is for not real.

Surely NO ONE is THIS immature and clueless!!!

Sadly, there are plenty of people this immature and clueless. If you doubt it, feel free to join me in any of my current classes. I don't know where some people get such a sense of entitlement..and I want to add, these immature, clueless, entitled-feeling students I deal with in my class range in age from 18 to 55. This air of superiority is rampet. I must have missed the line to get my "I'm better than you" card.

You clearly are not following the rubric or making errors that "don't matter" to you but that matter academically, like grammar and spelling. You also are immature and obnoxious if you think texting or using a phone in class at all is acceptable. I think your teacher is doing the right thing. No one needs a nurse who is too busy texting and dealing with "drama" to do what is actually important, like classwork or their job.

Ugh...

Now that I think about it, the OP might be my best friend (My English professor hates me. Its not that big of a deal that I miss 50% of her classes, but my group members want to kick me out of the group. The whole class has a problem.)

This must be some sort of troll...BUT I have had classes with students just like this! Rude, disruptive, entitled, and just plain annoying to people who really want to learn and don't think it should just be given to us. If it, in some bizzaro way, is not a joke, then I would suggest growing up, putting away your phone, and take a good hard look at what you really want out of life. This isn't high school, and it's not free. :banghead:

Also, the whiny aspect of the OP makes me cringe! :nono:

Really? Troll?
I think a good number of us believe this is a troll. Its the OP's first post ever. If she's not a troll well...good luck to her and her "attempt " at getting into nursing school.
