In one to two months I will be taking my exam, this thread is an online log to track my progress.I figure if I do it on my own, it will be most likely to FAIL. So Im here, taking all the risks. I know its hard to do it on my own, so I need some encouragements from everyone here (if possible).
So far, I gathered all the resources I need:
Books: LaCharity, Saunders, Kaplan and (to purchase) NCSBN online review.
Place; I mostly can focus on a not-too-noisy places, Library is one of my fave.
Lastly, to everyone who will be taking taking there exam this coming May or June,
I wish you all luck!
In the end, our strong faith to ourselves and the Divine will make us all reach success!
Cheers!
@vijee...wuts ur email add? Stress indeed is something we can't avoid but if you let it get into you it will be harder for you to study. I know how you feel I do feel hopeless sometime but when I think about all the good result if I persevere I feel the need to keep fighting. :) hang in there friend.

Hi guys! @lanztar and Courtney yes we can pass this test. Lets keep fighting.June 2.. my eyes are so darn tired so I rest them a little bit. No computer for today just books!! Did lots of reading. Did PDA chapter 14 renal and urinary problems (I got the old edition) 24q I got 75%..
Hey! Thanks for keepin up with this log, i sometimes forget to post in a day or two! Lol Im testing in 20 days! Goodluck to both of us!
Got my ATT today & scheduled for June 21 - officially less than three weeks til exam day - AHHH!!!I have only 8 chapters left in Saunders to review (all pharm). Been consistently 80%+ on PrepU quizzes for the past few days. Now that I have a date, it's crunch time.. hoping to do 100 questions a day minimum from here on out 5-6 days per week, finish my Saunders chapters, read over important notes from my 5-day review class and just do as many questions (with rationale!) as possible. One of my biggest struggles right now are SATA and pharm, so most of my energy will be focused on these.
Here we go!!!!!
We are almost there! Goodluck courtney! Im also taking the test in less than 3 weeks! Im focusing on answering questions and polishing some contents!!.. You're doing great!
What a wonderful idea. I have been on AN for quite a few years struggling to get on the other side of the fence with passing NCLEX. I am retaking it but haven't scheduled the exam yet. I am still at the level of knowledge content and test questions at less than 100 per day. But I am going to start logging on here, all theses posts of update logs are so helpful and motivating. It also shows how you all are studying. Thanks for this fab idea!
Today did a random assortment of questions (PrepU program) scored 47/60 (78%) and planning to do another set of 40 before I go to bed.
Tomorrow: Saunders GI, Resp, cardiac & renal meds
Planning to do all questions from those chapters plus 140 additional on PrepU
Tuesday: Saunders Musculoskeletal, Psych, Neuro & eye/ear meds
All ?s from those chapters, plus 140 additional
And then I'll be DONE with my Saunders review!!
Wednesday: Reading over care of various tubes/catheters/ostomies in my fundamentals book, and taking a comprehensive test from saunders to identify my weaker areas so I can focus on those!
test day 6/21.. approaching FAST!!
Hello.! How are you guys doing.?
I'm just gonna post my log here before I relax for the rest of the night. (its already June 4 8:45PM here:D)
