In one to two months I will be taking my exam, this thread is an online log to track my progress.I figure if I do it on my own, it will be most likely to FAIL. So Im here, taking all the risks. I know its hard to do it on my own, so I need some encouragements from everyone here (if possible).
So far, I gathered all the resources I need:
Books: LaCharity, Saunders, Kaplan and (to purchase) NCSBN online review.
Place; I mostly can focus on a not-too-noisy places, Library is one of my fave.
Lastly, to everyone who will be taking taking there exam this coming May or June,

mood is kinda sad and desperate I just read 2 post who study hard using the same source Im using but unfurtunately didnt pass. I know theres no easy way out I know nclex is really making sure patient that we take care of are safe Im just so afraid My studying will never be good enough I just pray to God so hard to please be with me when Im reviewing. Before I read those 2 post I was having anxiety thinking of how much more I need to cover to be ready now Im just a wreck..

I just graduated from Nursing School, and was wondering what prep course to take.
Should i take Kaplan, Hurst review or NCBN?
I currently have Nclex 4000, ATI access, Saunders, and Mosby
Any suggestions?
I havent tried all of them so i cant really tell, just pick one and focus on that. Im using ncsbn 5week review now, i think its a help to refresh all contents in a brief time. Goodluck!
Now that pinning & graduation are done, paperwork is all signed & I'll be mailing that off tomorrow and not-so-patiently waiting for my ATT!
I have been using Saunders (4th ed) and the 6-week study plan made from the CD. currently 1/2 way through week 4, trying to do 3 chapters per day, then the questions at the end of each.
Also, I've been answering questions on PrepU's NCLEX-RN 10,000, varied subjects and # of questions, but I have been 80-90% on each of those smaller quizzes which I am happy with.
I have a great review book also from a 5-day review course offered by a prof. @ my school. I've been reviewing the corresponding info for whichever chapters I am doing with Saunders.
I have Mosby's Comprehensive as well, but I'm not a huge fan of the layout of content review, so I'm saving that for the questions when I finish Saunders.
Hoping to take my exam in about a month, but really anytime before July 4th I'd be okay with.
Been off the review for awhile, life stuff (5month old son)...Now im back!
I decided to revise my study plan abit...
I will study by body systems and then answer questions in that section afterwards.. Im feeling alot more confident this time around, Im determined to make this second time my last time!

may 26..im finally done with peds but will go over it again. i did 150q using nclex4000 got 86% too bad one of my family member restart our laptop i didnt get a chance to review rationales
may 27.. break..went for a camp(breathe, eat, laugh).
may 28..review some notes..
may 29..130q using feuer nursing i got 53% shame shame.
gonna cook for my fambam and clean a little freshen up and review all 130q...

Hey all! I finally will graduate on Thursday an I have no more stress! Now that I am not stressed, I am always sleepy lol today I just signed up for the 5 week NCSBN nclex course. Hopefully it will help me.
Do any of you think it would be wise to go over content first then take questions? Or kind of mix them up? I am taking my test in June!
