The Costco by me sold frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (lots for cheap! lol). I'd often nuke one of those up and eat it in the car on the way to school. I'd also make a big batch of trail mix - buy the nuts I like and add dried fruit (for me - peanuts and almonds with dried cranberries), and bring some in a small zip lock bag to snack on in the car or during breaks. Also, cheese and fruit are super compact, portable, and satisfy those hunger pangs in the morning. Granola bars, Kashi bars, and Fiber One bars were always on hand when really in a time crunch. I always went for quick, easy, and non-messy so it could be eaten in the car during my commute. Never tried protein shakes, but maybe that would work for you too.

If you don't have an egg allergy...take a muffin tin, crack an egg into each, add some cut up bacon, veggies, and sprinkle with some cheese, and bake. Voila! Portable breakfast;) Also, how about getting some wraps, slather some peanut butter and add sliced banana? Yumm!

I make freezer breakfast burritos for my husband to eat on his way to work.....I make a big batch and stuck them in the freezer (wrap each burrito in a paper towel and freeze them in a gallon freezer bag) that way he can just grab a couple and throw them in the microwave real fast and eat them while he drives.
I also love the frozen steel cut oatmeal from trader joes if you have one near you.....throw it in the microwave for a couple minutes and you have an easy hot breakfast. sometimes I throw some blue berries or something in it too....my kids love the instant oatmeal packets....they can make them all by themselves using the Keurig......they just run the plain water through to heat it up and pour it in the bowl and mix it up....really quick and easy
sometimes I'll toast a whole wheat waffle then spread some peanut butter on it...if I have time banana slices on top is good too....

Starbucks or McDonalds. Lol. It's what I often do in the morning. I have to get me and my kid ready for school. And while I get up at 5am, I can never seem to squeeze in breakfast. And I don't have to be there until 8:30!!
Love this idea!

Fruit, yogurt, or granola bars. All three maybe! Quick, easy, and healthy.

I don't have class that early, but I do have to be at clinicals, about 45 minutes from my house, at 6:30. I have a really hard time eating that early in the morning, and will start to feel sick if I eat too much. I drink a glass of milk before I leave, and I pack almonds and apple slices or a banana that I slowly start munching on in the car on my way. I also make sure I have stuff to snack on during break, so I don't have to wait until lunch to eat.

I buy (from Costco) this nice new scrambled egg, spinach, and chorizo frozen bag. You just scoop out your portion and microwave. You can also buy cartons of egg whites, pour a portion into a mug and season it, microwave it for about 1 1/2 minutes and ta-da!

You can make yourself mini frittatas in a muffin tin and freeze them. Take it out the night before and let it thaw in the fridge for the morning. I often make eggs and toast. I usually have a dozen boiled eggs in the fridge for easy breakfasts or snacks. I have also been known to drive to work or school eating cereal. You can make a big fruit salad and scoop out a small bowl each morning (and take some for a snack later!). If I make pancakes or waffles, I make extra and stick them in a big Zip Lock bag in the freezer, then pop them in the toaster when I want them and spread peanut butter on them; sometimes I'll top that with fruit.
I love this idea!!
