MJC 2018 Spring application

Published

IM applying Spring 2018 for the MJC ADN program. Who else is applying?

LOL that is awesome!! I'm sure you'll get in and be able to enjoy the champagne with your household and not by yourself haha

Also, someone on the fb page said she turned in her supporting docs to Kendis today and that Kendis told her July 12th is when we will hear back about acceptance. Not sure if this date will change or remain but I thought I would pass along the info. The sooner we know the better!

Selected to submit documentation as well! Does anyone know exactly what they are looking for? On my application all it says is Documentation: Transcripts. is that all they are asking for from me?

I'm not getting any of the e-mails. Does anyone know when all the documents are due?

Same here but when I went to check my application it stated I was selected to submit documentation.

Dabullet06 If you look at your summary it will tell you what you need. In each row it says what supporting documents you need for that. Just look at the rows where you have points and those are the supporting documents you need. You also have to submit a copy of the summary as well.

Awesome thank you!!

How did she turn it in if there's no email with instructions?

According to her post, she gave supporting docs last year and knew the drill (I'm guessing she's a second time applicant). Kendis took her docs so I'd take it we can turn them in as well if we were selected to provide them but I'm going to wait for the email and follow instructions lol.

Hi Angie_p, all you have to do is go into the allied health office and turn in your documents. The only additional instructions the email should provide is the due date, which is probably going to be 2-3 weeks from now. Kendis is the program specialist who processes all of the supporting docs, she would be able to answer any specific questions. I called the allied health office and they said to expect the email either today or Thursday, no one has received their email yet

In my house, we have a bottle of champagne in the fridge that we're saving for July 18th- if I get in, we're going to open it and toast

And if I don't, I'm just gonna open it anyway and drink it by myself in my kitchen

Lol drewseph92, that is hilarious!!! :D

Hopefully we'll all be toasting that day!

Hey guys, so I went in to submit my supporting documentation today.... I brought up the fact that I never received an email.

So the email actually went out yesterday and a bunch of people apparently have not received it. They're trying to resolve the issue. However, you guys should know that the deadline to submit documentation is 6/12/2018 which is less than a week away. So you might want to work on getting your supporting docs submitted whether or not you receive an email (if you've been selected). And yes, Gio93! When I went in today Kendis also told me that the admission date will be earlier this year- July 12th!!

I have a quick question everyone, so I went in today with my friend to submit documents and she said everything looked good but my friend also asked how does it work and what happens next. Kendis said that from everyone who submitted documents and did not make a mistake they will rank us according to points and will be put in either fall or spring semester and that the rest will be put on the wait list. does any one know how many people they put on the wait list last year?
