Me! Me! ME!!! I am SOOOOO ready for this semester to be over! Its interesting and all - but I am ready to move on.

We did skin, nose, throat, and urine cultures the other day and got our results last night. The girl that sits next to me carries both S. aureus AND S. pyogenes as her normal flora! Yikes!!! I would be sick as crap if I had those bugs living all over me. Maybe I should change seats... :uhoh3:

Katie, I'm not sure sure I wouldn't CHANGE rooms!! :rolleyes: Poor girl!! My "previous" lab partner had to drop the class because she had MRSA. Yikes!

I am SO ready for this semester to be over! I had a micro lecture exam on Wednesday that I studied....no kidding...20+ hours at least! My teacher told us to be ready to explain the Krebs cycle through the electron transport system on the exam....and then :angryfire There were questions in the multiple choice over that and the "explain" answers were over something else :madface: If I pulled a low C or high D on the test I'll be LUCKY!! :bluecry1:

Ok......I've vented....thanks for the shoulders!

We had our second lab test today in Micro. Optional final is Thursday. Our instructor doesn't post grades online, so I won't know till Tuesday if I need to take the final. I think I'm good, so I'm just going to review in case. I really liked lab. Now, we really hunker down in lecture. We have two more projects (10 points each, but lots and lots of work), a couple more quizzes, a test on the last 7 chapters, and mandatory final, all by December 19!!! Whew!!

AWWWW- I know exactly how you feel girl- I'm taking Micro and Dev Pysch....2 though cookies. I had my second test today..... HARD! :crying2: Spent 3 sleepless night- NO JOKE!!!!!! and on Tuesday my 2nd Psych Test...my Unknow due on dec 2nd and my research paper for Psych too (8 pages long)!!!!!!!! I'm so Exhausted Ladies!!!!!! Reallyyyyyyyyyyy. I just hope it is all for the Best :nurse:

This weekend is going to be a busy one.

We have a lecture test on Monday - I still need to finsh answering some of the review questions and study.

We are giving our power point presentations on 2 diseases on Wed. I still need to get that in order. And our Unknown report is due Wed as well. I need to tweek that a bit.

So a stressful weekend lies ahead. I would LOVE to get started now, but I'm stuck here at work for another 8 1/2 hours. Grrr....

ahhhhhhhhh...i am doing my flash cards right now for the DNA exam in 11/22. there is so much..grr. I just want this test to be OVER!

We have a take home LAB FINAL that he will give directions about this saturday. we never had a mid term or any type of lab test so this will be the deciding figure in lab.

I had a very busy week and im exhausted. Had a psych test that i TOTALLY BOMBED!! got a 68!!! had a 3-5 page paper in Sociology due and a power point presentation in microecon. im whooped..now i am doing my flash cards for the exam and cant wait for it to be over.

and yes...

WE ARE SOME DEDICATED NURSING STUDENTS!!!

Good luck to you all...when are your semesters over? i think my last final i can take on the 13th of Dec but i can make it on the 10 so 10-13th finals are DONE!

then a few weeks off till nursing school begins...oh im $hitting my pants over here!!!

Good News!!!!! I got Accepted to Long Island University In New York City ( I called to check Status of Application and got the news on the phone)- I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!! - I will be starting NS in Spring- yeahhhhh!!!! Im so happy and at the same time Nervous!!!!!!! All this mixed Emotions are making me:bugeyes: I need a DRINK...But wait I have test Tomorrow!!! LOL- :)
