Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

so expensive :(I'm slowly, but surely, paying off all the debt acquired during nursing school. the nursing bag comes with supplies needed for lab so it's a must!

Nurse did u qualified for financial aid? If u did, did they pay for the whole program and books ?

I wonder if financial aid covers for the books !! Does anyone know ??

We are not sure when, but I am guessing that if not Friday then early next week. :hopefully: The first batch has their deadline this Friday if I am not mistaken. So I guess depending on spots available they send out the next batch. Lets wait and see because there is nothing else we can do. The waiting is terrible.

The uniforms are so expensive!! I just bought the clinical top, and went to the store in front of medical campus and bought 2 very cute tops, with a nice and flattering design. I know they are gonna stress that we buy from the bookstore but I saw many student with millions shades of hunter green so they are not that strict
