Would anyone be able to send me a list of requirements needed for to apply for Ahpra?

My PRC license has already expired. Do I need to renew my license to apply for Ahpra?

Yes. YOu need to renew it because PRC will check your license before giving your Cert. of good character.

1. IELTS

2. International Police check (new)

3. Certified copies of Birth cert and Marriage cert (if married)

4. CC of passport

5. CC of school docs (diploma, tor, rle, course description)

6. Certification for pharmacology subject

7. IQNM certification 2 and 3 (download format or cert. from AHPRA website)

8. PRC Cert of GMC and/or other countries you have been registered

9. CC of certificate of trainings/seminars

10. CC of employment certificate/s

You could check the website of AHPRA for more. Usually nasa AGOS-40(tama ba ako) - application form you need to download and print ang list of documents you need to prepare and submit.

Hi guys! Just want to say thank you to everyone who has been very helpful with others giving info. Im not an active member, I just read posts conversation most of the time and I must say I got heaps of Infos about how to apply with AHPRA.

I want to share as well that God is good! I lodged ahpra application last august 2014 here in Sydey office and just received my LOE today, I also received my letter of offer same day. By the way I have been living here in Sydney for almost a year now and working as an AIN at one of the retirement facility in NSW.

I couldn't believe the requirements now as compared to what they are 2 to 3 years ago.

Is the accrediting body (local regulator) the CHED, PACUCOA or PRC? Or should I get the accreditation letters from all three of them?

If accredited with Pacucoa- get there. Otherwise from ched lng.
