Hello! I just want to ask regarding your 3rd extension letter? How did you know about the due date of your extension letter? Did they specify it in the letter? I am sorry for asking this, I just want to know. Hope to hear from you. God bless!
My case officer sent me the pdf copy of my further extension with the next due date specified in it. ?

Receiving 3 extensions was a no joke. However, I just kept myself positive lately that they will give me the best outcome (fingers crossed) ? In my mind, these 3 further extension notices means that they were really carefully reviewing my papers/credentials if it did not satisfied AHPRA at all then probably I received immediate outcome from them that I did not meet the requirements thus falling in AQF 5 or below. I am hoping that my thoughts and instincts are correct that they will decide whether my application will fall under AQF 6 or 7. Do not lose hope, we have waited for so long and have gone much of this application process. Let's pray... pray and pray... Goodluck and Godbless us all! ?

Yah, it's really not a joke. What are the requirements you complied again that AHPRA asked from you. I think that's a good sign too coz they are really giving you extensions to comply meaning they might be deciding for you under AQF 6/7. Let's be positive! It will all be okay soon. How many months did you wait for your LOE already? Thanks! Keep in touch!
Ahhh, okay...so you mean, you have something to comply then they give you extension? Thank you!
I finished all the documents that they required to submit including that of the IQNMs since the 4th of April, I received 3 extension letters from them. The letter indicates that they are giving me a 90 day period for them to decide the outcome of my application as in accordance to the national law if the board is not able to decide the application within 90 days they will give you another 90 day extension otherwise they will refuse to register the applicant. This was a formal letter sent as PDF copy in your email and at the same time I received also a hard copy of it via post. You should received this from AHPRA if you were not able to get an outcome before the 90 day period will lapse and so on.
By the way, I've been waiting for 8 months now. Goodluck and Godbless! :)

Ahhh, okay! Thank you so much! What state did u apply? I was emailed by my registration officer but she did not mention about extension yet. She just said that a national review team will assess my qualification for substantial equivalence to a National Board-approved qualification in nursing. Furthermore, she informed me that due to the current high volume of applications from internationally qualified nurses and midwives they are unable to provide a timeframe for a decision on my application.
That's really so long already (8months). I pray that you'll have your LOE soon. I'm waiting for mine for 2-3 months already. Waiting is so tiresome and nerve-wracking...huhuhu... Hope we will fall under AQF 6/7. God bless to us!

I submitted mine in NSW last December. As I've previously posted, this will gonna be a very long run. Let's just pray for the best outcome. I'll keep everyone updated. Godbless us all!

Thank you so much for the information! Yah, that's true, we just need to keep the faith and pray. I sent my application in Perth. God bless! Thanks again!
Om'sarahi think the letter is likely to tell us that they are pushing the so called university instead of bridging anymore. Thats unfair
The option for AQF 6 was still there and was not removed from the revised IQNMs new assessment model let us just hope that they will consider our qualification and take in consideration at some point to review our recency of practice to support the outcome. That would be so unfair if we will study again for another 1 year and waste thousands of money for it. Let us not lose hope! :)
So,
anyways, I have just sent an application for a PR in aus as an exp nurse in the uk through anmac.
theres a chance I might get stuck somewhere in middle and end up in aus without a nursing qualification, and end up working odd jobs if i do get a visa...
Its kind of exciting though, thinking about it haha
