hi! what school are you in? are you okay with your situation now? i had the same case.. where did you file your application? i had mine in ahpra, qld. i was granted with 7 months extension of my letter of eligibility. i just sent them a copy of my letter of offer.

Hi vitug.annie, I applied for IHNA, waiting for their confirmation. I had about 3 conversation emails to one of AHPRA's coordinator and she insists on cancelling my LOE now and re-apply again. After I told her that I don't see the point and after asking her about shifting another choice of state where I believe, extensions are granted.. she never get back to me.. Good that I found IHNA January intake and that will suit my time frame on finishing before my LOE expires.. Thanks..

Hi, I think it will be better to have a serology test for varicella and having.a shot for mmr. For the serology test try to inquire at medical city satellite clinics.

How'd you find out that the January 2013 intake at La Trobe is already full? And the next intake would be on June? I thought intakes at La Trobe are done during January and May?

I've read your previous posts regarding your time frame in receiving your LOE. I also sent my documents to AHPRA VIC and it has already been three weeks since they've emailed me the receipt. Hoping to get my LOE soon.

Anyways, how much hospital experience do you have?

Also, what school are you eyeing to go to? And when do you plan to leave?

Anyways, how much hospital experience do you have? --> Not much! I have 4 months volunteer experience last 2010, and then took a break because of personal reasons. Right now I am volunteering at a different hospital since May 2012, and I'll end around November - December this year.

Also, what school are you eyeing to go to? And when do you plan to leave? --> I am not sure, TBH. I am eyeing Deakin as it is not exactly far from my mother's place. If everything will work as planned, I would like to leave on January next year.
