I called ahpra a while ago and was told that its ok as long as the bridging program starts before the eligibility expires..

I have already e-mailed them and was told that they could not grant me the extension. that's why I gave them a call.

can anybody confirm this? that its ok as long as the BP starts before the eligibility expires..

You have already called AHPRA and gave you an answer. Nobody can confirm it except them.

I've read your previous posts regarding your time frame in receiving your LOE. I also sent my documents to AHPRA VIC and it has already been three weeks since they've emailed me the receipt. Hoping to get my LOE soon.

Anyways, how much hospital experience do you have?

Also, what school are you eyeing to go to? And when do you plan to leave?

Here's my timeline:

July 9, Monday: Sent my IELTS results via IDP Manila

July 10, Tuesday: Sent my application together with the certified documents

July 12, Thursday: I tracked my package online and it has just reached AHPRA VIC

July 13, Friday: Went to PRC and have them send a copy of my Certificate of Good Standing

July 16, Monday: Certificate of Good Standing arrives at AHPRA VIC

July 18, Wednesday: AHPRA emailed me confirming me that they already have received my documents and would notify me if I still had anything lacking

I haven't heard from AHPRA since then. Hopefully, I get to receive my LOE next week based on what other people here have gone through with AHPRA VIC.

What about you? What's your timeline? And what documents were missing?

July 4, 2012 - sent my application to AHPRA VIC

July 16 - APHRA received documents from PRC and Bristish Council

July 23 - They charged my CC

AUG 2 - SO HAPPY:yelclap:!!! I got my Eligibility for BP (valid only for a year though).

congrats, sendmethere! your eligibility came in less than a month...wow...i hope the same thing happens to my application but i sent mine in WA...and i am thinking of transferring it but maybe i should wait until i get response from them.

I also received my LOE just now! Thank God! It took 3 weeks and 3 days from sending my documents to receiving my LOE. I'm so thankful!

I'm also looking for a school in Vic. :)

Hi. here's mine.

June 30 - sent my documents to AHPRA VIC.

July 4 - AHPRA received my papers.

July 5 - my application was lodged (I know because I haven't received any confirmation from them so I sent them a web query).

July 12 - Received confirmation that they received my application.

July 24 - I sent them another email asking about my application and they told me to wait.

Aug 1 - Received email of my lacking documents...

The documents missing are my prc good standing and my saudi license good standing (since I worked in Saudi). I haven't processed my prc good standing ahead of time because it will take time before I can get my saudi license good standing. I requested first week of July and until now it is still not available. Yesterday, I requested for my PRC certificate of good standing and it will be available after 2 weeks so I have to wait. I only sent certified true copy of my IELTS and my case officer did not request for my original IELTS from IDP.

I don't know because my good standing from saudi is taking too long... it has been almost a month since I requested for it.
