Wow, just Wow...what are your thoughts nurses???
Maybe fox should investigate the incidence of measles lice and scabies in American public schools.
That is the exact same thing I thought when the writer finally mentioned what disorders he was talking about. They also failed to mention that the person who brushed against you in the checkout line of the grocery store has scabies (or MRSA, or C. diff).

So, is the Texas Observer article linked a few posts above, which notes that the fears about diseased kids coming across the border are significantly overblown and that the kids are at least as likely, if not more likely, to be vaccinated than US kids, part of the liberal-bias media that can't be believed?? Only right-wing "news" sources are telling the truth and can be trusted?
Good day:Funny how valid news sources are thrown out if one doesn't like the facts presented. Next thing the CDC will be thrown out because they recently reported ONLY 1.6% of the American population identify themselves as non hterosexuals. Oh my.
Thank you.
Are you referring to the link you posted above? That isn't a "valid news source," it's a right-wing radio talk show (of course, I imagine you also consider Limbaugh and Beck to be "valid news sources"). And what's the point of your reference to the CDC and "non-heterosexuals"?

Although this issue has nothing to do with the topic of the thread, once again, your preferred "valid news sources" are wrong. What the CDC report actually says is that the 2013 US Census found that 3.4% of the population surveyed identified as "non-heterosexual. 1.1% identified as gay or lesbian; 0.7% identified as bisexual; and an additional 1.1% identified as other than gay, lesbian, or bisexual, "unsure," or refused to answer the question. Of course, the census data only reflects the number of people willing to admit to a complete stranger from the government that they are other than heterosexual, and we all know that many people still feel a need to remain closeted, thanks to ongoing stigma and discrimination.

I have worked in Haiti and I can tell you with 100% certainty that the parents were extremely thankful to have their children immunized.
It is disheartening to read such uncharitable comments about families who are trying to escape poverty and disease.
