Med/Patho Card and Template

I am looking for anyone who is willing and able to get together and share Med and pathos cards during clinicals. Also, if anyone can be kind enough to share a small size med card / pathos card template through word. I am not computer savvy and would love to use one that works well.

I am not there yet so I can't share with you - but I'd be willing to make you something if you know what you want. For myself - I put all my powerpoint on 4x6 index cards. They may be too big for you - but you could always print 2 on a card and cut in half. I decided to use 4x6 because they feed through my printer automatically and I have to manually feed 3x5.

If it is 3x5 that's ok. I will be using regular paper and laminating them anyway. If you wouldn't mind making a word template that would be incredible! So helpful. If you think a 3x5 template will be doable then reply and I will send you the information that has to be included for headings. I would assume you need that to see if all info can be included on 3x5. Thanks

Here is a template. I made it 3 x 5 index cards for you and I put in notes on the cards for you to see. Let me know if you need changes - You can PM me or just post on here.
