apparently, ive been waiting for other people to start a support group for may nclex takers.....but no....so here i am.....

im taking my nclex on the 7th of may...hopefully, i pass this time. im tired of living a non-RN life......

oh gosh...uhmmmm...speechless!! LOL! thanks a lot for all the support & encouragement..it really is a very sweet victory! i was kinda losing hope before..oh gosh!i really sounded awful! my aunt had always been calling me every now & then to send her my authorization letter to for her to be able to get my result. i was some kinda like uttering all the alibis i know just for her not to get the result..so she came to the BON of saipan & she was then informed of the result but the paper was not given to her.when she told me i passed, i immediately sent her my authorization letter to get the documents for passing..funny thing though!!Ü

are there favorite topics on NCLEX when it comes to diseases? like endocrine disorders? childhood diseases?

I think it's a good idea to know the diseases that show up as compare/contrast in the boxes and tables of our text books. Addisons/Cushings, AGN/Neph Synd., L side CVA/R side CVA, Ulc. Col./Crohns, upper/lower motor neuron stuff, Bipolar/Schz, Previa/Abrupto, hypo/hyper (insert whatever here), and more. It seems like these are the kind of diseases and related treatments/S&S/interventions/outcomes that show up in the fun SATA questions.

yeah that kaplan readiness test is a fairly good indicator, (for me anyways)--it will show you where you need to focus more on, Like me i always scored really high in OB so i would just "skim" that materail each thime and focus more on med/surg and pharm which i always scored lower--

you cant study everything the same,

I am originally from Los angelos, i lived in Baldwin park, west covina, el monte area(s) i now live in visalia (40 miles south of visalia)

all my family still lives in LA so i head down ALOT

..you have some awesom beaches around there .(totally jealous here)..

my favs were always Newport and venice (with all the crazies !!!!) LOL

anyway,

I dont think many MAY family comes around any more...but im glad the "regualrs" are still here.

we just need JAXGRL to come in and say hi. Since she is the architect of this thread.
