apparently, ive been waiting for other people to start a support group for may nclex takers.....but no....so here i am.....

im taking my nclex on the 7th of may...hopefully, i pass this time. im tired of living a non-RN life......

i'll be taking the pn exam on monday..I'll just take the risk..wish me luck.hehehe!!!! I havent scheduled on my rn exam.I'm planning to take it by mid july..Wish me luck again.hehehe!!! God Bless

Good Luck gwafuh! :) Come back and tell us all about it. I am just really curious as to the difference between the tests.

I waited almost 4 weeks for the results. A few in my class only had to wait 3 weeks. One or two had to wait 5 weeks.

i didn't know you could take both exams almost at the same time?? how does that work? if you go to rn nursing school, you can take both tests? just wondering. :)

Just to let everyone know....

My mom and I both took our NCLEX on May 14....I got 85 questions, the least, and she got 205 the most. We both walked away feeling like we completely bombed the test.

Yesterday we got our test results......We both PASSED!!!!!!!!!

We are officially NURSES!!!! LVNS to be exact, but nurses nonetheless.

Wooho!!!!

CONGRATS !! and tell your ,mom the same...that is really cool that both of you went through it together..

My wife is also an RN (9years now)..and next week we have to fo our ACLS (advanced life support) class..and we are going togehter, since we both work for the same hospital---

GWAFUH-

you know i was going to do the same thing, challenging the LVN board--i think thats a good idea to take both exams..my reasoning was just to get "bacl" into the field, ..

I have been off for almost 4 months and i am still rusty, as far as skills and such..

in that 4 months we have new policies, brand new Alaris IV pumps, New PCX blood sugar machines, lots of computer charting upgrades, etc.. soooo im getting my "groove" back--

did you get your test date yet ? for either exam ?--let us know..I will say a prayer for you on those days
