At 4:20 am this morning I got my results...I PASSED. I didn't think it was going to happen for me, but it did. I'm very sympathetic to those who still on their way and I will remember you all in my prayers! Thanks everyone! You CAN pass at 265!

Congratz mswingdinger!!! and to all those who are patiently waiting, I'll keep u in my prayers!!! As for me, whewwwwww, I am tired and am trying to stay optimistic about my RN-exam on the 25, I have done all the q bank questions, range from high 50's to 60's and only did q-trainer 5 and got a 62%, doesn't look to good. I truly started studying over a week ago after being out of the nursing world for over a year...oh well, my fault i know. I had all day today and I started studying at around 11am, and I am pretty upset right now...what have I been doing this whole day...it seems I got nothing accomplished! I did about 150 qbank (redoing all the ones that are wrong..I have 400 more to go) and am just reading my old HESI book to review (saunders is too overwhelming for the time I have left)....and now it is 10p.m., could i really that be that slow, I should have been able to do more in that time frame...I feel like I have absorbed nothing. I just tried to switch over to the Saunders CD and go into quiz mode and have made 40's on 2 content areas....OMG :bowingpur now I really am questioning myself, ...with only 5 days left.....I haven't even touched maternity, peds or psych....just trying to finish med-surg tomorrow!!!!:bowingpur

Sorry i just needed to vent....I will continue to push forward...unfortunately my dream job at my dream hospital will vanish and I will have to find another way to support my fam & kids, if I don't pass !!! :cry:

IT'S Okay...keep pushing FORWARD, DON'T Give UP....is what I will keep on repeating for me and everyone else out there who is going through this!!!:redbeathe:heartbeat:redbeathe:heartbeat

I just took my NCLEX this morning! After 3 hours, and about 180 questions (didn't look before it shut off) I feel okay about it. I got confident in my last 10 questions or so, so I'm hoping that's a good sign! I'm paying the $8 to find out on Friday.

hi everyone, good thing I called Pearson Vue today and found out that I had my ATT since March 12 but never got it through email...They resent it but got through to my spam mails :no: Then looked up the available schedules for March but unfortunately there is none (sigh). Finally, I have scheduled on April 18th.I hope that you guys can still pray for me although I am no longer a March test taker :cry:

Hey, keep your head up. You don't sound like you are looking for any advice, but just in case you want some...

If I were going back to the 5 days prior (knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have been doing anymore questions, I would have been simply covering content.) The problem with NCLEX is that they give you so many details on content that is definitely not covered well in school. I saw 265 and I felt I went about it all wrong with my study plan (even though I passed :0) It would have been much more helpful if I had been simply reading my main nursing school book. Especially with meds...If you know the basics (what you would take with food/without, when to eat leafy greens/when not to, when ortho/hypo is an issue/when it's not, etc. The questions I got from Kaplan were nowhere near the caliber of questions that appeared on NCLEX for me. NCLEX were WAY harder. However, here's a vote of confidence for you...I was getting lower 50's and my HIGHEST was on #6 where I got 63. Good luck friend, I will send a prayer for you!

You are not alone hun. Let's pray for each other and keep pushing each other towards our goal, coz we are meant to be :nurse: 's no matter what it takes or how short/long it takes. We have to do it. I know God is a tender loving God and He definitely can feel us, even if nobody else does, and that's good enuff : )
