We have to use gel pens at work so I just started using the Pilot G-2 .05 Ultra fine point. Its all I use now for everything. I have them everywhere in my house, car, backpack, everywhere. I cant use the .07 as I write very small and it just muddles together since its a fatter tip. I know you said no Gel but it really is a great writing pen
Are you kidding me? The other nurses are going to rip them off...the patients are going to rip them off...and the docs are going to rip them off. I, too, am a pen freak, but for work purposes, my favorite is the freebie that won't hurt my feelings to see leaving in someone else's pocket.
I always had a four color pen so my notes would stay readable and the important things were
written in red and vitals in green or blue.
I put a flower sticker on my pen so other people with a pen just like mine would not run off with it.
You should look in places like Staples or Walmart or a major chain to get a good price and
good variety of choices.
I always have to pick one up to know if I like the feel of it.

Hi, I've been trying to find the perfect ink pen, so I can buy several to stash in my locker and always have one. It seems ink pens tend to be hard to come by some days. I don't want to waste a bunch of money buying new pens all the time that I don't really like.
I do NOT want Gel ink. I prefer a medium point that writes dark and smoothly, not too big around and not real small.
Do you have a favorite pen???
