The question is, where do you want to work? You should apply to a state where you would want to work. But if you want to take NCLEX right away, regardless of location, you may try New Mexico and then endorse later on. But you must remember that there would be additional fees for that.
No need to enroll in a review center, I studied for NCLEX on my own. Try Saunder's comprehensive review and/or Sauders QA. NCLEX is book-based. Just study it by heart and you'll pass.
thanks for that info,do u have idea how much it will cost for endorsement or reciprocity? thanks again!!!

:monkeydance: you did not mention about what state or place you like to work, but most nurses coming from the philippines, they choose New Mexico or Vermont. the cost of endorsement will depend on what state you applied, you better check the web site and you will find how much it cost. it terms of review center, no need to enroll, just buy Saunders Comprehensive review and practice lots of computer questions. NCLEX is very very very easy compare to CGFNS and local boards. goodluck...

sorry to burst your bubble on this one. this review center and its owner is the one that is at the forefront in all of the scandals going on about the nle and its leak this past summer.
and the owner does not even possess a license as an rn in the us, for the states that he lists as having licenses in, there is no record of him.
another burst to his wonderful record.

gapuz is not really a us rn? that's too bad considering that many of the reviewees enrolled based on his supposed achievements. guess that goes the same with his awards.

Well, if you take the time to do a review an look for his name in the states where he claims to have a license, he does not exist on their rosters. You figure it out.
But with all of the issues surrounding him now, and someone wanting to do his review................they need to have a big red X on their foreheads. No one is going to touch anyone associated with him over here. Nor will he ever get a visa to come to the US, I am sure of that.

he would even tell his reviewees that he always take Nclex to make sure he is aware of the changes... and i did my assignement... i querried if one can take nclex again if he already passed it... the reply from nclex is no.. once you passed it... its done...
wow, this is really intriguing...during my last semester in nursing in 2005, his people actually came to our school to offer his service. frankly speaking it seems very expensive to me. i didn't care, nor pay attention to question his credibility since i can't take the nle in the first place. but none of my batch questioned his credibility, whether he did really passed nclex-rn or if he really did practice nursing in anywhere, u.s.a. if that is really true? i felt really sad for those students he fooled.yes, i agree from the person above, if you passed nclex-rn once, that means your done, finished, you don't need to take it again..does he ever know how expensive it is just to apply for the exam? that's like $200.00 a pop, not including the fee that you pay to the state your applying for licensure! and you don't have to take it over and over again in order to keep up with the trend in nclex-rn. i can't beleive this! this is so ridiculous! does anyone kno w where he was licensed in the united states? it bothers me....
