Lone Star Spring 2011

Okay, for all of us that did not get into the Lone Star Fall 2010 program and are trying again for the Spring...here we go again.

I'm retaking AP2 this summer (I have a B so now I want an A) to increase my points. After that I just don't know what else to do because I have all co-reqs completed, CPR done and Immunizations done. What are your plans to increase your chances of getting in for the Spring?

The waiting game is the worst part of this entire process. I pray to God that I get accepted to Kingwood. Congrats to CyFair acceptance people as well. Oh yeah LiLGTO I'm from Canada too! lol! :yeah:

Well I sure hope Kingwoods cutoff is not as high as Cyfair's....If it is I'll be having a pity party myself. It's surprising to me because it has never been that high before...But from being in class with some of the applicant's last year alot of the alternates do end up getting in.

Hopefully we won't be having a pity party. My score is 11.57 so I am sweating over here. I applied to CyFair and Kingwood, Kingwood as my #1 choice.

I think both accept around 50 students, but I could be wrong.

I think Kingwood accepts 80. Does anyone have any clue as to what the cutoff is for Kingwood? Oh please be 11.50 and up, I made a 11.57 on the Hesi!!!! I'm soooooooo nervous!:uhoh3:

I have no clue what the cutoff is for Kingwood. I called and they said they cant give out any information. I am hoping that I get into Kingwood since it was my second choice!! Im am also hoping the cut off is not not as high as CyFair. Good luck tammyw31, I will keep my fingers crossed for you!!

Dang the scores are so high. Someone got in with my score last semester and now I'm hoping to at least be on the alternate list. Congratulations to all those that have gotten your acceptance letters.
