Songbird have you heard anything yet about being accepted into K.W.? I start my basic training orientation for the program tonight. I hope you got in. Let me know please.

I was just accepted the Friday a few weeks ago after the fall classes were completed. I think they were waiting for me to complete my microbiology and pharmacology classes. I go to classes tuesday and wednesday evenings. Tuesdays 5 to 10pm, Wed 5 to 6:50pm and Fridays are my clinicals from 6:30am to 5pm. 1st semester spring is through mid May, off for the summer then classes start up for fall. Good luck to you!

I'm in, I was accepted to Kingwood last Friday woot! woot! How do I join the Kingwood RN facebook page???

I received a reply email from ***** ****** the nursing director at Kingwood. She said that we will be instructed where to go for background checks at the orientation.

Hey Jennifer, if you don't mind me asking what did you make on the math portion of the Hesi? I made a 94. Although I guess that really doesn't matter now does it lol....

I've been patient long enough lol....Just getting to this position has taken forever....it will all be worth it in the end though. I am also glad to know that you know what I am going through also. It makes it a little bit easier. Did you sign up for days or evenings? I signed up for days and clinicals I chose in order 1, 2, 3, 4. Maybe we will be able to be in the same lecture and clinicals. This way we will continue to support each other. God has a plan for us that is for sure. Oh by the way my name is Tammy.

When I dropped my papers off at the office the lady at the desk told me the cutoff was 11.56 something and that was our scores songbird. Let's cross our fingers and say a prayer that we will be next for acceptance. :)

My brother and I drove to Kingwood and handed them in personally. I don't trust the mail system.

thank you for praying for me, i need all the prayers i can get right now. i'll be bummed for awhile but i will keep on perservering with my education and hopeful that they will accept me still for the spring program. my brother lilgto got accepted to kingwood and gave me a hug this morning. we were supposed to do the program together. who knows maybe there is still a chance......
