Lone Star Spring 2011

Okay, for all of us that did not get into the Lone Star Fall 2010 program and are trying again for the Spring...here we go again.

I'm retaking AP2 this summer (I have a B so now I want an A) to increase my points. After that I just don't know what else to do because I have all co-reqs completed, CPR done and Immunizations done. What are your plans to increase your chances of getting in for the Spring?

Congratulations to all the transition students (Kingwood campus) beginning in the Fall 2011. I am a Level II nursing student in the fall. I am so super excited. Level I was the most frightening college experience thus far. A word of advice to all perspective students...Read the material prior to class, Open the books and read the material, and last but not least practice the test questions and do not read more into what you are reading. I am not aware of when orientation will be for the transition students. I only know that our first day of Level II is August 31st.

Were you able to transfer to Montgomery? Where did you end up going or staying?

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how, or even if I could, go about transferring from North Harris Nursing program to Montgomery? I am currently attending the ADN program at Lone Star North Harris and would very much like to transfer to Montgomery campus. If anyone knows something I do not about this, will you please tell me!
