Lehman College 2018 Fall Generic BSN/ABSN applicants!

Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

The department yet? I still haven't gotten an email since orientation, and I just want to make sure I'm not alone. I'm getting worried and annoyed because they're going to expect us to get back to them ASAP and I'm going overseas tomorrow for two weeks.

Also, I just spoke to Fatima and she said we have to use textbooks of the latest editions.

So, not the ones on the list? Some of the ones on the textbook list are now "older editions". I guess I'll just purchase the editions listed.

Hey Guys, if you know your clinical section number I think you can try registering for it. Then you'll also get the lecture section that goes with it. I just tried to register for my clinical and I was able to. Although, still no word on the rest of the classes.

I just put all the classes were able to register for via the orientation packet o my shopping cart, validated them and they were a check. I am officially registered for 301,344 and 300.

Do you remember what "Group" clinical you were in? She said she would be going group by group. I tried registering for the other classes but wasn't able to.

I just tried this and worked! I guess they're slowly working on it because I tried last week and it wouldn't let me register.

I could try, but I will wait. For accelerated, there was a tentative schedule in the orientation packet but a few options for sections. For example, a class could be either on Tue or Th, so I have no idea as to which section/day I should register. We all will have a seat, so no worries here. The only thing I am worried is I need to file for loans ASAP, and I cannot do so until I register for classes.

I did not. I bought the light and scissors along with the stethoscope from the website suggested in the orientation packet. The light and the scissors were like $5 each.

I do not know about you, guys, but I am getting incredibly upset at the snail pace we are getting the registration code. If they are this slow in the summer, they will probably give us codes for winter/spring semester on the eve before the classes to start:devil:
