Lehman College 2018 Fall Generic BSN/ABSN applicants!

Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

Those who got accepted, how did you deliver the intent letter: by email, fax or in person? I emailed it to the designated person but thinking if I should also deliver in person... I just wish I got some sort of acknowledgement email that they got my intent letter.

I'm going in person. I feel like with the nursing department you have to do everything in person.

I sent it via email late yesterday evening and received my packet this morning.

I was going to fax mine in but sending it in an email or handing it in person seems better.

I just got the acceptance letter yesterday! Complete surprise because I got a 770 CT score on the HESI. Other stats:

Reading: 94

Math: 96

A&P: 96

Science GPA: 4.0

Cum GPA: 3.8

Congrats to those who got accepted! Most havent gotten a response (acceptance/rejection) at all so be on the lookout!

I sent my form earlier this afternoon but haven't received anything yet. Do you mind giving a price estimate so that I can start saving up? lol I hope it's not over $500.

Well, it is all a ballpark estimate. It says we do our own background check, drug testing, ordering of the uniform, pin, stethoscope, textbooks...I would say all in all it can come close to around $500-$1000.
