For those who had interviews, how long were your interviews?

Has anyone heard anything back yet? Whether it be a job offer or an offer for an interview?

I don’t remember seeing any for LHH this time.

Anyone have any updates?

May I ask which facilities you’re interviewing for? I’m in the same boat as you and I can’t seem to find anything. Congrats on securing some interviews, by the way!

Lehman is NOT a community college, it is a city college. Other than that, I am not surprised. Lehman’s nursing program has been pretty subpar these past couple of years. The department is a mess and students are always notified of important things at such a short/late notice. Things are so hush hush. It’s not fair to the students. I tell everyone to stay away if they can. I’m sorry this happened to you!

I haven’t heard anything back either, but I am happy some people on here have heard something. Please keep us updated on how everything is going. I’d love to hear about your experiences!

Nothing yet! Did you guys submit a cover letter with your application?

I know this is last minute but does anyone know who to address the cover letter to?

I understand how you feel in a way. I'm short as well and I feel like it may be detrimental in a way. I look young, I have small hands (makes it hard to place rescue breathing masks properly on one's face if they're above child age), quiet voice, not strong at all. It sucks. I am smart but that's about it. I'll probably go into teaching once I finish my BSN and get some experience. Just work hard (and work out if you're not strong). You can make it. You don't need to be pretty to be a nurse. Just be competent.
