Lehman College Fall 2020 Admissions

This thread is for people who plan to apply to the Lehman nursing program of accelerated (Summer 2020) or generic (Fall 2020) Wish you all the best of luck! Let's keep us all motivated!

the seats 165 seats. Is it normal? I thought it should be about 100seats.

NUR 300 is for the first class after accepted for the nursing.

very curious and hope they recruit more nursing students since there are lack of nurses . Cross my finger and stay safe.

How do you know that there is 165 seats for the nursing program? Did an advisor tell you this?

Hey, I did not say that they recruit 165 people. I said I hope the nursing department recruit more students .I got in cunyfirst to check fall emester classes . Especially Nur 300 which is first class for the nursing students. I counted all seats for nur300. It was 165 seat 25, 35,35,35,35 seats. I said I guess it is a lot of seats for nur300. That was all. And I sais I hope they recruit more students for this year! Hope!

Hm, I wonder if that was an error or if it usually says 65 seats all the time. If they do accept more students I wonder why they haven’t notified everyone yet.

Yeah you're right, just checked. Kind of odd, but maybe they set it that way in case some students have to repeat the class ??‍♀️. Or better yet, maybe since there's a chance everything will be online, they'll accept more people? That last part might be a bit of a reach, but I can't come up with a better reason?

I have not seen anybody (RN -BSN).I have been around here "allnurse Lehman" since 2018. .

Yes, I will be starting next semester and I don’t seem to find who previously took the course. Wanted to get little inside. IDK how this online would work. I’m little nervous.

Hi,

I do not know much about Lehman RN to BSN online systems. But I can say u can do it because my sister is doing it on Franklin University RN to BSN. I do not want to say it is easy because it is nursing!! But u finished RN which is really great. My sister is Korean who barely know English ( she studied IELTS herself and have 6.0 overall) . She was nervous before start it . So you can do it. Also, even she had job for taking care of covid 19 patiences and she got car accident in March. She still did study online RN to BSN in hospital. So, u can do it , fear is comming from our mind and we all have it But let's lock it up. GOOD LUCK

I just checked Leman college RN to BSN online curriculum . So u need to take HIN 260 and Nur 300. I have a PDF for the two classes ( my friend took it - she is doing Accelerated at leman now) . If u want to read it ahead , I can send it to you. Hin 269 , I m reading it for killing my time and a bit prepared for the semester. Even I do not know I can be accepted:)

Actually, I do not know who is good. in Summer, there are just two professor and both are tough. But my friend who gave me the PDF and who had GC professor-known as tough, my friend told for GC, she is fair and she is not tough (my friend is smart person LOL so I do not listen her LOL). and the professor just wants every student to learn. For fall semester, you should look for "rate professor". I wanted to take for Pearline O but it was restricted on me, I could not take her. I will sent those two soon.
