Yeah I agree. It’s quite disappointing because I would’ve thought that they would know how stressed the applicants would be since we’re finishing our last round of prerequisites and some people might be anxious to be reassured. I thought they would’ve said at least something, I mean school’s been closed for about two months and not a word? Doesn’t make sense.
I had an appointment with Donna the pre nursing advisor. She told me that HIN 268 is apart of the science GPA. And she also told me we should be getting acceptance letters from the beginning of June until the end of June. I don’t understand why information is always changing. Another advisor told me that HIN 268 isn’t apart of the science GPA, and that we possibly won’t hear from the nursing program until July. I don’t know who to believe anymore.

Hi, Bri 143
If u have a time plz read Lehman college nursing hand book. Just Google the name. Pdf will show up. Read thoroughly.
If u do not have time read page 9 and page 32
Will show which ones are prerequisites on page 9 .
Will show how to calculate science GPA
There r more information that help prepare for the nursing for example for first semester in which what classes we expect to take. That is my best answer

You don’t have to send your transcript unless you have transfer credits from another school and you do have to send your HESI scores

HI, as far as I know, the department pulls out your Spring semester grades from cuny first if you are a cuny student.
I am a Lehman student but I am taking Japanse class at Hunter college using e permit. ( my liberal art has been once exempted but I m just taking in just case.
when I asked the department whether I have to bring the transcription, the advisor told me "no" they will pull it out from cuny first.
For HESI, the blow from school nursing instruction
5. "Pre-Nursing Exam Scores - The Nursing Department will automatically receive the HESI A2 exam results so applicants do not have to submit the exam scores. See section A-9
but better ask the department if you r not sure
from the info that I have gotten your HESI A2 scores must be brought in physically. They DO NOT automatically get it. I am aware it says it on the website but when I spoke to them in person they said that you must bring in your exam scores physically. The only thing that they receive not physically is the one pending grade that they receive at the end of the semester

can you say where exactly get the info? Who did you speak can I ask? can you tell me the contact number? also, did the department is now opened? where or how can you get the HESI exam?
