Hi there, I was looking for a post on Lehman RN TO BSN ONLINE but I couldn’t find any post. I recently applied to their online program and waiting to hear back from them. I also have to take HIN269. Do have any idea how these classes r? Any professors suggestions or anything to get thru it easier?

the below is from Dr Georges when I emailed her how the nursing depart is going to choose the candidates. she did not say anything but just this. however, it is better than nothing , I thought they were dead with silence.

"You will hear from us as soon as we complete the review and that will after May 15, 2020."

I wish I could give you sound advice. I can only say this have Prof. CG this semester. If given an opportunity I would not choose to take her again. There is only one other Prof. (so FAR) scheduled to teach 269 in the Summer. Prof. KS teaches 269 in the Winter. I know someone who took this class but it was a hybrid class and during the Fall. If you can wait till Winter semester and if KS teaches completely online I would recommend her even though I do not have personal experience with her. In my class we have yet to be graded on anything. Hope this helps!

LOL she still could’ve addressed this a month ago if that’s all that she was going to say?. WOW!, may 15th is kinda early. Don’t finals still go on during that time until the 22?

Hi. All

I can come with two assumptions.

One is may be regarding it for the accelerated program ??

Second, the date may New york 's reopening date according the governor,. So nursing dept can start to work.??

I have postponed to take a better Pr foe Hin 269 , but everytime GC is there. I would not postpone it anymore. If u can help me I can aheaded of her class. MS georgeys added my name for hin 269 register but she did not say who. GC is not popular, so always she is leftover. I had a chance to have two times. If I can not avoid her I should prepare and confront her. I hope I can get in the program and have less classes.

Please give me some info for the GC professor or how the exams like. I have a textbook she teaches but no info.

There’s multiple sites, are all of them closed? If so, you may have to email the department to see if you can take the test that late. I also suggest scheduling an appointment with any of the Pre nursing advisors because maybe there’s a whole heap of student in your situation and they’ll allow all of you guys to take it that late. If only they would address it in an email, which I don’t understand why they haven’t?

Hey guys- so I have been stressing this for a while. all the Prometrics HESI testing sites in North America and Canada are closed until at LEAST May 31st and the site is not allowing people to reschedule and schedule at this time. I wrote to the dept. regarding this and was told this.....

If we do not have the HESI results at the time we are making a decision your application will be reviewed for 2021 after receipt of the HESI scores.

So that was on April 13th. Now I am hearing different things and it is very frustrating! Once the testing site reopens I am sure it will be inundated with people trying to get a seat. I cannot see getting scheduled until mid or late June. I will reach out to Donna on Monday I guess. If anyone has additional info on this please share! Stay safe everyone! xo

Hey! Did those of you who did not take the HESI yet get the e-mail from Judith saying we are considered essential and can now take the exam? I tried to reschedule and am still unable to do so- get an ERROR message every time- prometrics told me it is a problem on Lehman's end- they haven't changes the testing dates yet. Then a classmate told me she spoke to Donna who said the last day to submit the HESI was May 2nd. WOW!! is actually going on?!! Anyone have any more info?
