I’m not sure about department opening because I haven’t cared to contact them in all of this. I’m letting them figure it out because if anything they know how unprofessional they are being. I’ve gotten all my letters except but theirs. And you can get your HESI score on the the elsvier page just sing in and go to the HESI A2 section
Thanks I will send an emails

HI, Julia
even I called the department no one picks up the phone
You mentioned about sending HESI scores to the department.
should it be by email or mail?
How did you get the info?
I never received any emails or letters from the department.
I thought to pull the HESI scores from the system is the easiest thing in the pandemic. since everything is working by computer systems.
I took the HESI exam in December 2019 and I submitted my application on Jan 2020.
since that, I have been just waiting. I am curious how you guys got this info?
Thanks

Hi Kil, I took my exam before quarantine so I just handed in my scores, but a friend of mine took it after quarantine and our advisor told her to email her scores to the department. The reason why they don’t automatically receive scores is because the lady who usually retrieved them, doesn’t work there any more. That’s the information the lady at the front desk told me.

Thanks for your response.
I did not attach HESI score with my application when I submitted my application even though I took it already.
the front desk lady said to me I do not have to.
OK it makes clear.
so I have to send it by email to the department
but it seems my HESI score is going to separate from my application in which I handed in person.
How they r going to match out ..huh.
Thanks

Maybe during the time you submitted it, the lady that does retrieve the scores was still working there. I submitted mine during the month of March. Being that you submitted it way before quarantine, I believe that they have your scores already. To be sure though you should email the department. If you end up having to email them, make sure you put your name, your empl id and “HESI Score” in the subject line, so they know what the email is for.

The department's lack of proper information is very annoying. I took the HESI before the quarantine also, when I went to turn in the application I didn't go with the HESI transcript and the lady said it is not a problem that they must have received it already and will print it out.NOw with what I am reading here I am worried. Does anyone know the name and email address of the lady at the front desk?

I already called but no one picked up just answer ing machine.
According to Julia A, the lady is no longer there. I sent an email and attached HESI scores with empl Id and name and sent to the nursing department. Just cross my fingers and now I feel up to my God. I can not do anything more.

I am aware it says it on the website but when I spoke to them in person they said that you must bring in your exam scores physically. The only thing that they receive not physically is the one pending grade that they receive at the end of the semester
I just got an email from the nursing department regarding HESI score about bring it physically. the reply that I got from the dep is the blow

"Dear Applicant,
Many individuals make things up as they go along to feed the hysteria of this trying time. Please use wisdom when listening to your fellow students/ friends. The College is on lockdown. Why then would you be required to submit your scores physically? Who would be there to collect it? I'll repeat myself to you and those who would listen, email me your HESI scores so that your application would be complete for our review."
Stay safe.
