Hey all!!! Has anyone else been contacted for a pre-screening interview for the Summer 2014 Versant program at Legacy? I don't like in Portland, but I just received the phone call to schedule mine and I was wondering how others were preparing and how the process was going for other people. Thanks! And good luck to you all!!!

I interviewed with the manager for salmon creek as well but meridian park was my first choice of facilities.

Congratulations LoliLolly! So excited for you!

As far as GPA, MVARJU, I would let that get you down--I have a 4.0 and applied twice without making it to the next round. So have faith and try again when the next residency becomes available, if you are still interested.

This is is the third time I'm applying-I am just under the one year nursing experience limitation so this is my final chance to be apart of the program. Fingers crossed.

Has anyone heard from peds/PICU/NICU?

Still haven't heard anything from peds myself. I talked to someone else who interviewed for NICU/PICU and still no word as of yesterday. Anyone else here anything from peds?

A friend who applied for PICU/NICU hasn't heard anything either...Anyone hear anything from ER or Trauma?

Are you asking about the Vancouver or PDX hospitals? I applied with NICU as my first choice and interviewed at Salmon Creek and have not heard yet... still. I figured that NICU/PICU was under the Women's and Children's umbrella. That's how it is at least at my NICU.

Hi Everyone!

I had my second interview for womens services at salmon creek on the 26th. I am hoping that I did well enough to get the position. I have my RN license and will finish with my BSN late July.
