Hey all!!! Has anyone else been contacted for a pre-screening interview for the Summer 2014 Versant program at Legacy? I don't like in Portland, but I just received the phone call to schedule mine and I was wondering how others were preparing and how the process was going for other people. Thanks! And good luck to you all!!!

Just curious,was ICU, Trauma, and Burn considered one unit? Was it it all at one table during pre interviews?

I just checked this thread! It's been a while. I got a call yesterday from the OR nurse manager at Good Sam and I have a second interview next Tuesday. I'm very cautiously optimistic as it seems like there is quite a bit of competition. I wish I knew how many other applicants had applied for peri-op speciality. I have more clinical experience in the ICU but I knew that would be super competitive and I've always wanted to work in the OR. Good luck to everyone who got a second interview!!

I got called yesterday for an interview on the burn unit too. It was my second choice, ICU was first. I only met with a single NM from an ICU, I think your top 3 units can see your application and request that you interview. Good luck to everyone!

I have to keep reminding myself that calls really can be spread out over the whole time. Looking at threads from past cycles I shouldn't worry too much yet.

Does anyone know if any calls have been put out besides burn unit and OR to anyone?

Hey all! I have applied to Women's Health and have received the continued candidacy email However, I have not received an email or call to schedule a second interview. I have a friend applying to the ICU who is in the same boat. It seems like only Burn Center and OR have placed calls... I have my BSN and passed my NCLEX in early June! I wish you all good luck!!

Hi everyone! I interviewed for Women's Health as well and am up for the next round but haven't heard anything...good to know they haven't started to make those phone calls yet.

I interviewed with ER and my next two choices were trauma and ICU . No calls here either yet... Still keeping hope... Good luck everyone!
