Lcc roll call applying for 2014

Hello! I will be applying for the traditional nursing program after this fall. wondering if anyone else out there is applying and what your story is?? I have a few more classes to take this fall, then i will be applying! so nervous !! Please add any info/comments :)

Anyone have any idea when the semester begins ?? I know August but when ?

I'll be in NURS 265 and we start on Friday, August 22nd. Not sure when the NURS 150 students will start. They usually have you do your main orientation that Friday and then start lecture the following Monday. The calendar is usually posted on the Accepted Student page by July.

Does anyone know if the 2 year program lectures are mostly in class, online, or hybrid?

2 Year program is all in class lecture. Only the accelerated & 3 year do hybrid.

I am a 142 alternate also! I keep checking for them to update the accepted student info so I can see where exactly I am on the list. I can't imagine everyone working so hard and then not accepting their seats :( I'm SO nervous!!! Good luck to you!!!

Just found out today that I got accepted for the accelerated track!!!! :yes: I will be dropping from the 2 year program starting in the fall (that I was previously accepted for and confirmed my seat). Good luck to those of you on the alternate list!!

They don't update the Accepted Student page until the Accelerated Program students accept their seats. Then, they open up the seats in the 2 and 3 Year tracks and finalize the list. We had quite a few students go from the alternate list to the accepted list by July last year.

Hang in there! Hopefully, you'll be signing your contract, accepting your seat in the program :)

We don't have anything payments due on Wednesday or Thursday do we? Like registration fees or anything

No, the school is still restructuring the fee schedule. No payments are due until sometime in July.

Got a call on Friday night offering me a slot that was vacated by someone who was accepted to both the traditional and the accelerated programs, so I have moved from the alternate list into the program and I will be starting Spring 2015!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! I got the call too!!! I was thinking of trying to get into fall but she kind of talked me into sticking with Spring! I am elated!!!! :)
