The good news is that it doesn't yet "count" :) If you still have your Pharm math book, do lots of practice questions. I would also highly recommend going to the NURS 119 math workshop. It's great practice before taking the real med math exam.

You will have to take a med math exam for EVERY nursing class. This means after Fundamentals, when you have 2 classes per semester, you take the a med math exam twice that semester. It gets better the more you do it, no worries :D

You can also meet with the supplemental instructor, --------------. He's WONDERFUL! You can go to his sessions for any level of nursing and he's always willing to work on math, too.

If you have any questions, let me know. I'm always willing to help :)

anyone know where to find the updated list of spring/fall semester. I'm getting anxious to know whether I was able to switch to the fall.

it will be on the accepted student soon I guess, but its not posted yet.

They won't post it until all accepted students send their contacts and all requests to move to different tracks have been resolved. Last year, it didn't get posted until the end of July.

Thank you! I've been checking every day and just saw it :) i'm so happy i got swtiched into the fall semester!

I ordered my scrubs about a week after orientation and they are STILL not embroidered according to the manager at Uniform Center or Lansing. When I called to ask what they deal is because we're required to wear them to labs he was not only unapologetic for their mistake, he was downright rude. If anyone is planning on ordering a second or third pair of scrubs, save yourself the headache and go to QD.

:( That stinks, i'm sorry. when i went they fortunately had already embroidered a pair in my size, ironicallly! so i got to walk out with a full set ( top, bottom), and he ordered me anther pair but i have yet to hear from him. When did you talk to him last? If they're gonna be the place were recommended to go to, they should probably work on their customer service.

I too have had much better luck with QD than the other two places in town. Had some bad customer service experiences with Uniform Center over the years and they have been pretty apathetic about mistakes they make. QD did seem to be a touch more expensive though.
